Sometimes being around others that are diagnosed with cancer and hearing their stories can be reaffirming that you are not alone in this journey.
Join us in a relaxed, casual atmosphere where conversation will flow easily in a safe,
non-judgmental environment
This group is for all patients facing cancer. The meeting enables participants to share experiences and express feelings and concerns. All cancer patients, family members and caregivers are welcome to attend. Meets weekly on Thursday from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m., see calendar for conference room details. Video enabled attendance available. Patients can access remotely and join from any video-enabled device (smart phone, iPad, laptop, or webcam/desktop). Upon registering, you will receive instructions on how to virtually connect.

Building a mindfulness practice has been proven to significantly reduce distress in people with cancer and their families. Join us for skill building & practice. First Tuesday of each month 12:30-1:30 pm
