A support group for women with breast cancer or those who have had breast cancer. Meetings take place at the Lexington Clinic Center for Breast Care on the second Tuesday of each month from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. and offer women an opportunity to discuss breast cancer experiences, learn about resources and options, and receive emotional support from others facing breast cancer. Caregiver Support Group – an informal meeting for caregivers who have a loved one with a cancer diagnosis. Meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month, 12:30 – 2:00 at the UA Cancer Center – Orange Grove Campus (1891 W. Orange Grove Rd) Conference Room. LAUGH, STRETCH & DE-STRESS YOGA CLASS
Anyone, anywhere, can laugh for no reason! You don’t need jokes, comedy or even to be in the mood to laugh. Experience yoga breathing, stretching and mental relaxation with a difference. Depression will have a hard time haning around after this fun class. This class is offered the first and third Wednesdays of the month. Please note there is no cost to this class
