LAUGH, STRETCH & DE-STRESS YOGA CLASS
Anyone, anywhere, can laugh for no reason! You don’t need jokes, comedy or even to be in the mood to laugh. Experience yoga breathing, stretching and mental relaxation with a difference. Depression will have a hard time haning around after this fun class. This class is offered the first and third Wednesdays of the month. Please note there is no cost to this class
