Building a mindfulness practice has been proven to significantly reduce distress in people with cancer and their families. Join us for skill building & practice. First Tuesday of each month 12:30-1:30 pm
This program is for patients sharing their feelings and experiences while building a support community.
This support group is moderated by professionals.
