Building a mindfulness practice has been proven to significantly reduce distress in people with cancer and their families. Join us for skill building & practice. First Tuesday of each month 12:30-1:30 pm
This support group meets on the first Monday of every other month. Offered in conjunction with the American Cancer Society, this group is designed to help women manage treatment-related side effects and learn how to care for their skin. Registration is required.
