Meetings take place at the Lexington Clinic Center for Breast Care on the second Tuesday of each month from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. and offer women an opportunity to discuss breast cancer experiences, learn about resources and options, and receive emotional support from others facing breast cancer. For more information on the group, call (859) 258-4932.
Supportive opportunity for connection and conversation
“Your illness does not define you. Your strength and courage DOES.”
Often times being diagnosed with cancer can leave an individual feeling quite isolated and alone. It’s difficult to find others who can identify with the feelings and emotions you are experiencing
Come join us for an hour of Coffee & Conversation
Sometimes being around others that are diagnosed with cancer and hearing their stories can be reaffirming that you are not alone in this journey.
Join us in a relaxed, casual atmosphere where conversation will flow easily in a safe,
non-judgmental environment
For adult patients with leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease, myeloma or myelodysplastic syndromes and their family and friends. The group meets the 2nd Thursday of each month at 5:15 p.m. in the suite 450 conference room of Stoddard. For information, call (515) 241-8505.
