One in eight women will develop breast cancer some time during her life. Gain support from other women who share a similar experience.
The Breast Cancer Support Group Offers:
- A confidential and informal atmosphere to discuss your concerns about breast cancer and treatment
- Expert speakers at regular intervals
- A resource library to further enhance your recovery
- All-female group
Meetings are held the first Wednesday of the month from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. in the Radiation Therapy Department at Saint Elizabeth Regional Medical Center. Parking is available in the Radiation Therapy parking lot on the west side of the hospital.

This support group meets on the first Monday of every other month. Offered in conjunction with the American Cancer Society, this group is designed to help women manage treatment-related side effects and learn how to care for their skin. Registration is required.
This semi-monthly support group is for people living with advanced or metastatic cancer. The open discussion group is facilitated by Liz Carrino-Tamasi, MSW, and Emily Sower, NP-C. A support group for women with breast cancer or those who have had breast cancer. Meetings take place at the Lexington Clinic Center for Breast Care on the second Tuesday of each month from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. and offer women an opportunity to discuss breast cancer experiences, learn about resources and options, and receive emotional support from others facing breast cancer. This face-to-face support group is for anyone who has been diagnosed with cancer. The support group takes place on the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Monroe Senior Center, 12 Halsey Reed Road, Monroe Township, NJ. Pre-registration is required for this group.
