This group is open to any current patient and survivor of breast cancer. Please join us for support, information, sharing and education. Guest speakers may be included. LAUGH, STRETCH & DE-STRESS YOGA CLASS
Anyone, anywhere, can laugh for no reason! You don’t need jokes, comedy or even to be in the mood to laugh. Experience yoga breathing, stretching and mental relaxation with a difference. Depression will have a hard time haning around after this fun class. This class is offered the first and third Wednesdays of the month. Please note there is no cost to this class
For patients who are diagnosed with breast cancer and are currently in treatment. Meets 1st Tuesday of the month.
