Families Connect is a program for the whole family when a parent, grandparent, or adult relative has cancer. A family support group is held while the children and teens (ages 5-18) meet for equal parts support and fun! RSVP by NOON the Monday prior to each group!
Meets the 1st Wednesday of every month
Caregiver Support Group – an informal meeting for caregivers who have a loved one with a cancer diagnosis. Meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month, 12:30 – 2:00 at the UA Cancer Center – Orange Grove Campus (1891 W. Orange Grove Rd) Conference Room. Please RSVP to Linda Jones 694-8920 prior to attending.
LAUGH, STRETCH & DE-STRESS YOGA CLASS
Anyone, anywhere, can laugh for no reason! You don’t need jokes, comedy or even to be in the mood to laugh. Experience yoga breathing, stretching and mental relaxation with a difference. Depression will have a hard time haning around after this fun class. This class is offered the first and third Wednesdays of the month. Please note there is no cost to this class
