This group is open to any current patient and survivor of breast cancer. Please join us for support, information, sharing and education. Guest speakers may be included. This group will will be held each month at the PinnacleHealth Cancer Center on the east shore and the Ortenzio Cancer Center on the west shore. Please contact at (717) 724-6790 with any questions. A vital piece of the Let Every Woman Support Group Know – Alaska mission is providing support for women diagnosed with gynecologic cancer. Let Every Woman Know has launched a regular support group- free of charge, facilitated by a licensed mental health clinician and offered in a drop-in format. This support group is open to women in all stages of diagnosis and treatment and offers a forum to meet women on similar journeys. This group will be held the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month from 12-1:30pm at the Providence Health Park Building Conference Room 2401 at 3851 Piper Street, Anchorage, AK 99508.
LAUGH, STRETCH & DE-STRESS YOGA CLASS
Anyone, anywhere, can laugh for no reason! You don’t need jokes, comedy or even to be in the mood to laugh. Experience yoga breathing, stretching and mental relaxation with a difference. Depression will have a hard time haning around after this fun class. This class is offered the first and third Wednesdays of the month. Please note there is no cost to this class
